Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees.
Can I upgrade my subscription mid-cycle?
Yes. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time from your dashboard. The change takes effect immediately and billing is prorated.
How is my PCAP data handled? Is it private?
Paid plan analyses are stored privately and never appear in the public result feed. Your captures are processed in isolated storage and are not shared with other users. Files can be deleted by you at any time from your dashboard. For environments where captures cannot leave your premises at all, see our on-prem deployment option.
What file formats and sizes are supported?
Both .pcap and .pcapng formats are supported. The free public tier accepts files up to 25 MB. Paid plans support larger files — see the feature list on each plan card for the exact limit. For captures that exceed any cloud limit, the on-prem deployment removes the size constraint entirely.
Can I add more private analyses if I run out mid-month?
Yes. Purchase a credit pack at any time to top up — there is no waiting period and no need to upgrade your plan. Credit packs and subscription quotas work independently: the system uses your subscription quota first, then draws from any available pack credits.
